Around The Panhandle | September & October 2018

Dear Readers,

As you all know by now, we at Around The Panhandle strive to bring you, the readers, and the best of the best of all businesses and people in the Eastern Panhandle and beyond. This issue is no exception. Please take a moment to read the article Dancing in the Direction of his Dreams. Myles Downing, featured on our front cover, is a 19-year-old Martinsburg resident that is making his dreams a reality. I am sure you will be inspired by his story that with hard work, your dreams really can come true.

We have a new writer on our staff of great writers, Cami Coutler, she has been a great addition to our family. She had the pleasure of interviewing Chef Brad from our local restaurant, The Peppermill. To give your taste buds a treat you should visit this popular spot located in downtown Martinsburg.

Football is in the air and in this issue of Around The Panhandle. This special section is our 2018 Football Around The Panhandle. We have featured youth, high schools and a couple of our local colleges. As always, I encourage all of our readers to take time out of their busy schedule to enjoy all of the fun and amazing things that are unique to our beautiful area. How wonderful is it for us to have such a wide array of options at our disposal. So go out and see the wonders that are readily available in our little part of the world!
