Around The Panhandle | January & February 2019

Dear Readers,

I love the start of a new year. It feels like you have a fresh start to create new possibilities on a blank slate.
The start of the year ahead is a wonderful time to reflect on the past year as well as design the things that you want to do in the year to come. Setting New Year’s resolutions may not be everyone’s cup of tea, yet it can be a fun way to tackle some of those items that you truly want to accomplish.

I’m all for looking on the bright side. I appreciate all of the wonderful things that have happened in 2018 with the tremendous growth of Around The Panhandle Magazine and will embrace the year ahead as another chance to get even better. I don’t need to make resolutions to do that—it’s my job, and I’m stickin’ to it! Speaking of starting the New Year off on the right track, let’s take a look at Two Crows Antiques in Ranson, WV and Jersey Mike’s at The Commons in Martinsburg, WV. Just to name a couple of new businesses in 2018 in the Eastern Panhandle.

Your support, along with that of our valuable advertisers, truly matters. It is the reason we can continue to be the voice for our region, and it allows us to evolve in a fast-changing environment. On behalf of all of us at Hornby Publishing, we wish you joy, health and peace in the New Year.

Thank you for your continued support.

Here’s to a year of new beginnings and old friends. Happy 2019. Let’s make it wonderful together!
