Around The Panhandle | January & February 2015

Dear Readers:

2015 has arrived and looking back we are so thankful and blessed for all that has happened over the past six years. It truly is a pleasure to be a part of this wonderful community. I want to thank all our advertisers, subscribers and of course the amazing team that makes what we do so fulfilling and rewarding.

Gracing the pages this issue are some amazing stories of how hard work and perseverance pays off when striving for the American Dream. If you dream big and reach for the stars you just never know how far you can get.

Have you tried Black Draft Moonshine yet? Did you know that the differently abled had so much support right here in the panhandle? Who made our list of most influential? We finally visit King’s Pizza on Rockcliff Drive then head out to Harpers Ferry for some comfort food.

Do you have suggestions for articles? As long as it’s interesting and falls under our slogan “Things to Do, Places to go and People to Know” we would love to run an article. Just shoot me an email We are already working on our next issue “The Home Show Issue” which will be launched at the annual show at the Martinsburg Mall. Mark your calendars now for the biggest show in the Eastern Panhandle each year starting the weekend of March 13th.
